The service

ReVal provides NIL Commercial Viability Scores and analytics for student-athletes. Scores are calculated from publicly available data and are intended as informational tools — not financial advice, appraisals, or guarantees of deal value.

Pricing

ReVal is free for student-athletes. We don't take a cut of your deals and we never charge athletes. Revenue comes from brands and agencies that use ReVal to discover and evaluate athletes.

Your data

• You own your data. We don't claim any rights to it.
• You can unclaim your profile at any time and it stops appearing in brand searches.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support. We'll remove everything within 48 hours.

Photos on your shareable card

Adding a photo to your shareable archetype card is optional. If you upload one, you grant ReVal a non-exclusive license to display it on your card. You keep ownership of your photo — we don't claim it and we don't use it anywhere else.

• You can remove your photo at any time. It disappears from your card and is deleted from our storage.
• Once you share a card to a third-party platform (Instagram, X, and the like), that copy lives on that platform under their terms. It may persist there even after you remove the photo from ReVal — we can't control or delete copies on platforms we don't operate.
• Uploaded photos are screened before they appear publicly. We may decline a photo that doesn't pass review.

Acceptable use

Don't use ReVal to:

• Impersonate another athlete or create fake profiles.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the platform without permission.
• Interfere with the service or other users' experience.

No warranty

ReVal is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep scores accurate and the platform reliable, but we make no guarantees. Scores may fluctuate as new data becomes available.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use of ReVal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
